You have 15 minutes to revise your paragraphs. You should work on correcting punctuation and sentence structure, adding parallel structure, verbals, and imagery. These revisions should be made regardless of your original grade. The more effort you put into your revision, the higher your grade will be. This is not just about adding commas. This is about writing and how we can
always improve upon what we have written.
When you are finished revising, please print your revisions and give your paper to me.
If you are finished before the time is up, please take out your book and read. Remember, the reading up to page 227 is due on Friday.
There is a second assignment that we will be working on for the remainder of the period. You MUST finish your revisions in fifteen minutes.
Do not close the file for your paragraph.
